For the second successive year Hilton-Baird Collection Services were crowned Third Party Debt Collection Team of the Year at the Chartered Institute of Credit Management’s British Credit Awards following a record-breaking year for the company.

Third Party Debt Collection Team of the Year – CICM British Credit Awards 2018

Hilton-Baird Collection Services were crowned Third Party Debt Collection Team of the Year at the industry’s most prestigious awards ceremony, the Chartered Institute of Credit Management’s British Credit Awards. It’s a fantastic achievement for the company, with the judging panel of 10 including the President of R3 and the Head of Technical Advisory at ACCA.

Best Collections Partner 2017 – Credit Strategy magazine’s Commercial Finance Awards

Hilton-Baird Collection Services was voted Best Collections Partner at Credit Strategy magazine’s 2017 Commercial Finance Awards. The award celebrated our achievements over the previous year, including launching a new website, obtaining full FCA authorisation and successfully collecting more than £14.5 million in current, aged and disputed debts from over 10,000 debtors on behalf of our clients.

For the second year running Hilton-Baird Collection Services was awarded Commercial Debt Collection Agency of the Year at the annual ACQ Global Awards. Voted for by readers, this award honours those that have had the greatest impact on the industry during the previous calendar year.

The contribution and expertise of Hilton-Baird Collection Services’ Managing Director, Alex Hilton-Baird, was recognised by his inclusion in Finance Monthly magazine’s Leading Advisor 100 list. This exclusive list acknowledges the achievements of leading advisors and businesses from across the world and covers specialists from the likes of corporate finance, financial advisory and insolvency & restructuring.

Commercial Collector of the Year 2012 – Credit Today Awards
Senior Collections Advisor, Peter Hepburn, became the second member of Hilton-Baird Collection Services’ team to be voted Commercial Collector of the Year at the annual Credit Today Awards in the space of just three years. With the aid of several client nominations, Peter beat strong opposition to top spot, and was presented with his trophy by comedian Al Murray at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Hilton-Baird Collection Services was voted Commercial Debt Collection Agency of the Year for the second successive year – and third time in four years – at the prestigious Credit Today Debt Collection Awards. Held at the Palace Hotel, Manchester, the company was praised by the panel of industry experts for its work in recovering hundreds of thousands of pounds for UK SMEs suffering from late customer payments.

Another successful year led to Hilton-Baird Collection Services reclaiming Credit Today’s Debt Collection Agency of the Year trophy. Having first won the prize in 2008, the team triumphed in a shortlist of six to scoop the coveted award. The judging panel of industry experts singled Hilton-Baird out for recognition thanks to its glowing client testimonials, excellent financial performance and innovative approach to technology – including its market leading collections platform.
