Highest honour for Hilton-Baird Collection Services

Hilton-Baird Collection Services was last night awarded the highest accolade there is in the credit and collections industry when presented with the Third Party Debt Collection Team of the Year trophy at the CICM British Credit Awards.

These awards are regarded as the recognised standard for the debt collection industry, with the judging panel consisting of 10 industry experts including the President of R3 and the Head of Technical Advisory at ACCA.

In what is always a tough category, the judges rewarded our team’s efforts over the past 12 months in collecting more than £15 million in current, aged and disputed debts on behalf of our clients.

The result means that Hilton-Baird Collection Services are now the holders of the two most prestigious awards in our industry, having been voted Best Collections Partner at last November’s Commercial Finance Awards, hosted by Credit Strategy magazine.

It follows the company also being voted UK Debt Collection Agency of the Year for the second successive year at August’s annual ACQ Global Awards.

It caps off an extraordinary few months for the business, which also saw us move to a new larger premises with a view to helping even more companies with their debt recovery and credit control requirements in the coming years.
