Hilton-Baird named Best Collections Partner

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Hilton-Baird Collection Services was last night named Best Collections Partner at Credit Strategy magazine’s inaugural Commercial Finance Awards.

The category was open to businesses providing outsourced collections services, with the panel of judges specifically looking at our achievements over the 12 months to June 2017 alongside our reputation and approach to responsible collections and recoveries.

In that time we launched a new website, obtained full FCA authorisation and successfully collected more than £14.5 million in current, aged and disputed debts from over 10,000 debtors on behalf of our clients.

Coupled with the fact 96% of our clients say they would recommend our services to other businesses, and our clients scoring us 9.1 out of 10 in our satisfaction survey, we are delighted that our team’s continued hard work and outstanding contribution to helping our clients has been recognised on a national scale.

It is also the second award the company has won in the space of two months. At the end of August, we were voted UK Debt Collection Agency of the Year for the second successive year at the annual ACQ Global Awards, which celebrate businesses and individuals that have had the greatest impact on their industries during the previous calendar year.
