Senior appointment at Hilton-Baird Collection Services

Receivables management expert Victoria Herd has been appointed as a Director at commercial debt collection agency, Hilton-Baird Collection Services.

A Fellow and Advisory Board member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), Victoria will be using her extensive expertise to help the company’s corporate clients to improve their order-to-collections process, policies and systems in order to boost working capital.

She will also be working closely with the UK’s insolvency practitioners and asset based lenders, helping their clients to identify ways to improve the performance and efficiency of their receivables management function.

Victoria joins Hilton-Baird Collection Services from Deloitte, where she spent six years performing a similar role with their clients. She additionally has 10 years’ experience leading credit departments at businesses across a wide range of sectors, including FMCG, construction and manufacturing.
