“We’d like to think at New Guard Coatings that we are relativity ‘on top’ of our debtors and therefore don’t run into problematic situations very often.

“Additionally, following the success of the above situation, we were about to put another ‘difficult’ customer to Hilton-Baird, but the name alone caused them to pay their entire balance in full.
“We would use Hilton-Baird if difficult circumstances arose again in the future, and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them either.”
