Pleased with the results, we were then asked to assist with another outstanding debt for a different company within the group.
The outstanding invoice was worth more than £2,000 and approaching three months old when it was handed over to us. But Hilton-Baird’s consultative yet firm approach gave the customer a final push and ensured the outstanding money was recovered in full within one week of instruction. As well as this, we secured statutory compensation and interest for our client.
